Here’s an example of a resume for somebody looking for a job as a receptionist. It features a bullet point list near the top of the page which not only highlights key skills to the human reader, but also contains career-specific keywords which may be useful if the application is processed by resume scanning software.

It’s a “reverse chronological” format – meaning that the employment history starts with the most recent recent position and moves backwards through time. You can adapt this as you think appropriate.
