It's an impressive history, marked by successive promotions and achievements and a steadily rising salary package that matches the value they have brought to previous employers.<br>

And the brutal fact of the matter is that the resume of a more experienced job hunters can overwhelm prospective recruiters more than it sells the undeniable qualities of its author. By looking to the future and highlighting their potential to add value to an employer's business, this applicant can use their experience and knowledge to sell themselves based on their proven past service. <br>
